User Guide — PrestaShop Factur-X Module

Overview

The PrestaShop Factur-X module automatically generates Factur-X invoices (PDF/A-3 + XML CII EN 16931) for every B2B order — no manual intervention needed.

Compatibility: PrestaShop 8.x — License: €99 to €149 + €49/year maintenance

Installation

1. Purchase the license on PrestaShop Addons
2. Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module (.zip)
3. Install the facturx module

Configuration

Modules → Factur-X → Configure:

Parameter	Description
Company name	Legal name of your store
SIRET	14 digits
VAT number	FR + 11 digits
IBAN	For payment terms
Generation service URL	Your instance URL or the shared service URL
Iopole API key	For PA transmission (optional v1)
Sandbox mode	Enable for testing

Automatic operation

After installation, every new PrestaShop invoice automatically triggers Factur-X generation:

1. The invoice is generated via the generation service
2. PDF + XML is archived in /facturx_archive/YYYY/MM/ on your server
3. Download links appear in the order admin panel (Factur-X block at the bottom)

Invoice management

Admin list

Orders → Factur-X: list of all invoices with status, number, date.

Actions available for each invoice:

• Regenerate: recalculates and replaces the Factur-X
• Transmit PA: sends the invoice to the Iopole approved platform (explicit action)

ZIP export

“Export ZIP (last 30 days)” button: downloads all generated invoices in one archive.

Transmission to Approved Platform

Explicit action required

Transmission to the PA (Iopole) is a deliberate merchant action. The “Transmit PA” button in the admin list triggers the send after confirmation. There is no automatic transmission — you remain the legal issuer of your invoices.

What the module does NOT do (v1)

• Automatic PA transmission: explicit action only
• PrestaShop 1.6 or 1.7: PS 8.x only
• Advanced multi-store: one store per license
